These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Peptide Watch platform (the Service), operated by Peptide Watch (we, us). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1.1 What Peptide Watch is — and is not

Peptide Watch is a members-only buyer-protection, scam-awareness and supplier-transparency community operated for research and general-education purposes, to help protect the public.

We are not a pharmacy, seller, supplier, prescriber, importer, or provider of medical advice. We do not sell, supply, prescribe, recommend or facilitate the purchase of peptides, medicines or therapeutic goods, and nothing on the Service is an endorsement or recommendation of any product or supplier.

1.2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old in Australia, or 21 years old elsewhere, and legally able to enter a contract.
• You must comply with the laws of your own country. The Service is general information only and is not directed at anyone for whom access would be unlawful.

1.3 Membership and fees

• Membership requires an account. Joining is free for the first 3 months from launch; after that period, membership is a one-off A$5 site entry (see the Refund Policy).
• Suppliers who apply to be listed pay a separate application/review fee of A$25 (see Policies 5 and 9).
• Fees, features and inclusions may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

1.4 Your account

• Keep your login secure and do not share it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

1.5 Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• request, provide or solicit dosing, mixing, injection, administration, sourcing or “where to buy” information;
• post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, misleading, or that accuses a named individual of a crime;
• publish any person’s private information (including names, addresses, phone numbers) without lawful basis;
• misuse, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

1.6 Member content and moderation

You keep ownership of content you submit, and grant us a licence to host, display, moderate and use it to operate the Service. We may moderate, edit, refuse or remove content, and we operate a takedown and appeal process. We act reasonably but do not guarantee that all content is accurate or lawful.

1.7 Information only — no reliance

Information on the Service, including supplier listings, verification status and member reports, is general information for research and education. It is not advice, a guarantee, or a statement that any supplier is safe, lawful, legitimate or of good quality. Do your own checks and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.

1.8 Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we exclude implied warranties. Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to those rights, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

1.9 Suspension, termination, changes

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
• We may change these Terms; continued use after notice means you accept the change.

1.10 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction. Contact: peptide-watch@proton.me.

This Privacy Policy explains how Peptide Watch handles personal information. It is written to address the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988), and — where they apply to members in those regions — the UK GDPR/DPA 2018, the EU GDPR, and US rules including the CCPA/CPRA.

2.1 What we collect

• Account data: name or username, email, date of birth, country, password (hashed).
• Membership/payment data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
• Member-submitted content: questions, posts, scam reports, and supporting evidence you upload (which may include health-related complaints and purchase evidence).
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser data, and cookies (see Policy 12).

2.2 Why we collect it (purpose and legal basis)

• to provide the Service, verify eligibility and age, and manage membership;
• to operate the supplier register, moderate content and run the scam-report, takedown and appeal processes;
• to meet legal obligations and protect the safety and rights of members and third parties.

Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our bases are contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and — for health-related information — explicit consent.

2.3 Sensitive information

We ask you not to submit more health information than necessary. Where you do, we treat it as sensitive/special-category information, collect it with your consent, and restrict access.

2.4 Disclosure

• service providers (hosting, email, payments, analytics) under confidentiality obligations;
• where required by law, or to protect safety and legal rights, including referral to authorities;
• we do not sell personal information.

2.5 International transfers

Members may be in AU, UK, EU or the US, and our providers may store data outside your country. We take reasonable steps and use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as standard contractual clauses where required.

2.6 Retention and security

• We keep personal information only as long as needed, then delete or de-identify it — health and financial data on the shortest workable timeframe.
• We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect data and maintain a data-breach response process consistent with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme (and GDPR/UK breach rules where applicable).

2.7 Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your information, and (where applicable) erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent. Contact peptide-watch@proton.me. You may complain to the OAIC (AU), the ICO (UK), your EU data protection authority, or the relevant US regulator.

2.8 Children

The Service is not for anyone under the applicable age limit (Policy 10). We do not knowingly collect their information.

We are not a pharmacy, seller, prescriber or medical provider. We do not sell, supply, prescribe, recommend or facilitate the purchase of peptides, medicines or therapeutic goods.

3.1 What you will not find here

• dosing, mixing, reconstitution, injection or administration instructions;
• treatment protocols, “stacks”, or product or supplier recommendations;
• sourcing or “where to buy” information.

3.2 Always consult a professional

Information here is general and may not apply to you. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision about medicines, injections, supplements or health treatments, and comply with the laws of your country. Several peptides may only be lawfully obtained through a prescriber and a registered pharmacy.

3.3 Emergencies

If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service immediately. Do not rely on the Service in an emergency.

These Community Rules apply to the Q&A, community and any member-visible content. They exist to keep members safe and the Service lawful. Breaking them can lead to content removal, suspension or termination.

4.1 Do

• keep discussion to buyer protection, scam awareness, transparency and general education;
• report concerns through the Scam Report process rather than posting public accusations;
• be respectful and assume good faith.

4.2 Don’t

• ask for or give dosing, mixing, injection, administration or sourcing information;
• call a named person a scammer, fraudster or criminal, or make allegations of fact you cannot support;
• post anyone’s private details (names, addresses, phone numbers, IDs) — including a supplier’s personal details;
• give medical advice, or post unlawful, defamatory, hateful or harassing content.

4.3 Moderation

We moderate content and may edit, remove or refuse posts and act on accounts. Decisions can be appealed under Policy 8.

This policy explains how suppliers are listed on the research-purpose transparency register and what a listing means.

5.1 What a listing shows — and doesn’t

• Shown: verification status, the supplier’s public presence (links), and member-reported counts in aggregate.
• Not shown: any individual person’s name, phone number or home address.
• Never shown: a statement that a named individual has committed fraud or a crime.

5.2 Eligibility and requirements

To apply to be listed for research purposes, a supplier must provide a Facebook page, a website, and an Instagram account, and must agree that no personal name, phone number or address will be displayed. A non-refundable review fee of A$25 applies (see Policy 9).

5.3 Accuracy and changes

• suppliers must keep their information accurate and tell us of material changes;
• we may decline, pause or remove a listing, and may revoke verification (Policy 6);
• a supplier may request removal or appeal a decision under Policy 8.

This policy explains what “verified” means on Peptide Watch, and — just as importantly — what it does not mean.

6.1 What verification means

Verification confirms that certain public-presence signals exist and are consistent — for example that the Facebook page, website and Instagram account provided are live and appear to belong to the same operation.

6.2 What verification does NOT mean

• it is not an endorsement or recommendation;
• it does not confirm that products are safe, lawful, effective or of good quality;
• it does not guarantee the supplier’s conduct or that any transaction will be honoured.

6.3 Limits and revocation

• verification is based on information available at a point in time and can be wrong or out of date;
• public accounts can be created or faked, so verification of presence is a limited signal;
• we may re-verify at any time and revoke a badge if signals fail or concerns arise.

This policy explains how members report concerns and how we handle them. It is written to protect members and to keep reporting lawful and fair to the party reported.

7.1 How to report

• submit a report through the Service with the relevant details and any evidence;
• describe what happened factually; do not post the report publicly or name individuals elsewhere on the Service.

7.2 What we do with reports

• we record reports and may reflect them as aggregate, member-reported counts against a listing;
• we do not publish a report as a statement of fact that a named individual committed a crime or fraud;
• we may review reports, seek more information, pause a listing, or refer matters to authorities.

7.3 Fairness to the reported party

• a reported supplier may respond, request removal, or appeal under Policy 8;
• we may remove or correct information that is inaccurate or that we cannot reasonably support.

7.4 False or malicious reports

Knowingly false, misleading or malicious reports breach these policies and may lead to account action.

This policy explains how anyone can raise a concern about content or a listing, how we respond, and how decisions can be appealed.

8.1 Raising a concern

• send a notice to peptide-watch@proton.me identifying the content or listing, the concern, and (if a legal complaint) the basis;
• Australian defamation concerns notices may be sent to peptide-watch@proton.me. A postal address for formal notices is available on request.

8.2 How we respond

• we acknowledge within 3 business days and review promptly;
• we may remove, edit, pause or restrict content or a listing while we review;
• we tell the affected parties the outcome and reasons where appropriate.

8.3 Appeals

• a member or supplier affected by a decision may appeal to us at peptide-watch@proton.me within 14 days;
• a different person reviews the appeal where practicable, and the outcome is recorded.

This policy explains refunds for the two fees on the Service. Nothing in it limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

9.1 Membership (A$5)

• members who join during the first 3 months from launch are not charged and are not later billed for that entry;
• you can cancel membership at any time; cancellation stops future renewals;
• the current period is non-refundable, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

9.2 Supplier application fee (A$25)

• this is a review fee and is non-refundable once the review has started, whether or not the listing is approved;
• if we have not begun the review, you may request a refund at peptide-watch@proton.me.

9.3 Consumer guarantees and chargebacks

Where a consumer guarantee applies and is not met, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL. For payment disputes, contact us first at peptide-watch@proton.me before raising a chargeback so we can help resolve it.

This policy sets the minimum age for the Service and how we apply it.

10.1 Minimum age

• 18+ for members in Australia;
• 21+ for members elsewhere.

10.2 How we apply it

• we ask for date of birth and country at sign-up and gate access accordingly;
• we may add further age checks where appropriate.

10.3 Misrepresentation

Giving a false age or country breaches these Terms and we may suspend or terminate the account. We do not knowingly allow underage access, and will act on credible information that a user is underage.

This policy protects the independence of the Service so that verification, listings and reports are not for sale.

11.1 Independence

• verification status, listing decisions and the handling of reports are not influenced by payment;
• the A$25 review fee pays for the review process, not for a favourable outcome;
• we do not sell products and do not take commissions on any sale of peptides or therapeutic goods.

11.2 Disclosure

• if we ever run advertising, sponsorship or affiliate arrangements, we will label them clearly and keep them separate from verification and reports;
• we disclose any material relationship that could be seen as a conflict.

11.3 Staff and moderators

People who make verification or moderation decisions must declare conflicts and step back from decisions where a conflict exists.

This policy explains how the Service uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read with the Privacy Policy (Policy 2).

12.1 Types we use

• Essential/session cookies — needed to log in and keep the Service secure; always on;
• Analytics cookies — to understand usage and improve the Service; set only with consent where required;
• we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

12.2 Consent and control

• where required (EU/UK), we ask for consent to non-essential cookies before setting them;
• you can change or withdraw consent, and control cookies through your browser settings;
• blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Service working.
